
Beverley-Jane Stewart is a London-based painter and printmaker specialising in narrative art. She studied at Whitelands College, Wimbledon, and gained an Art and Education Honours Degree from the University of London in 1983. Trained as an art teacher, she focused primarily on primary education, valuing a holistic approach that connected art to the wider curriculum.
A Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts, Beverley-Jane serves as a committee member of the Printmakers Council and is a member of East London Printmakers, Thameside Print Studio, Art and Culture, and Saatchi Art. Her work has received awards and has been exhibited internationally in galleries and museums, including in Italy, Romania and the UK.
Through her narrative compositions, she explores themes of place, community and shared history, bringing layered storytelling into visual form.
