Aerial Light Display
This stunning suspended installation on Coventry Street - featuring over 30,000 glowing LED bulbs - illuminated the West End every night from 5:00pm - 5:00am, running throughout Ramadan until the evening of 29th March 2025.
As Ramadan ended, these lights shifted from "Happy Ramadan" to "Happy Eid" on 30th March, marking the joyous transition from fasting to celebration. The Eid display shone until 6th April, ensuring the spirit of togetherness continued.
Iftar Food Trail: Ramadan Delights
For the first time, London’s Ramadan experience extended to food lovers with a curated Halal-friendly trail: Ramadan Delights, brought to you by The Aziz Foundation in partnership with the Heart of London Business Alliance. Top local dining spots - including 1 Leicester Square at Hotel Indigo, Franco’s, Americana London, Farzi London, Shake Shack, and Bone Daddies - offered exclusive discounts, freebies and Ramadan specials. Running from 28th February until 30th March 2025, visitors could explore the latest offers on the map below.
'Spread The Light' Interactive Installation
A stunning addition for 2025, this participatory light installation in Leicester Square symbolised generosity and unity. Visitors could press a button to send beams of light soaring up the structure, visually representing the spirit of Ramadan. Featuring traditional geometric patterns, stars, and shimmering gold and silver tones echoing our aerial lights, this installation was in place until 1st April 2025.

Our interactive online map below helped visitors locate nearby prayer spaces, making it easier than ever to break fast and pray comfortably while enjoying the festivities.
